Jolene facts: Blalock currently resides in Los Angeles. She enjoys photography, surfing, skateboarding, Thai-boxing, roller-skating and snowboarding. She was raised very close to the beach where she has fond memories of her father taking her surfing.
Jolene as Medea: As the Gorgeous Greek sorceress Medea on last year’s TV miniseries Jason and the Argonauts, Jolene costarred with her favorite actor, Dennis Hopper. “I was pinching myself the whole time,” she raved to Maxim. She can't be judged solely on her looks. Though she's triumphant as a sex goddess, this defiant personality gets a stronger natural high from working than from sex. To illustrate how badly she wanted the part of Medea, she showed up to the Jason and the Argonauts audition in full regalia to be sure that she would be memorable to the casting director. The actual costume left little to be desired by Jolene. The hair extensions interfered with her daily life and couldn't even be washed. |
