Mis-Teeq are a female R&B trio from the UK. Its members are Alesha Dixon, Su-Elise Nash and Sabrina Washington. There was originally a fourth member in the group, called Zena, but she had left in March 2001 due to disharmony with the rest of the group. They have released 2 studio albums so far.
From their debut album, "Lickin' On Both Sides" (2001) which peaked at #3 in the UK albums chart in 2001, they released 5 singles in the UK, all debuting in the top 10 the UK singles chart ("Why?" #8 in 2001, "All I Want" #2 in 2001, "One Night Stand" #5 in 2001, "B With Me" #5 in 2002 and "Roll On/This Is How We Do It" #7 in 2002). The last 4 of those singles also had success in Australia, on the Australian ARIAnet singles chart, the first 3 going top 30, and the other going top 50. |
